Role: Java Backend Lead Developer Location: Santa Clara, CA The selected candidates will be required to:
- Be at least 10+ years experience in software development and hands-on experience in Java
- Experience with OO design and design patterns
- Team player that can lead and support internal and external teams
- Has Java skills for batch jobs and debug
- work closely with the development team to design, build and support robust Java applications
- Partner effectively and influence peers, juniors, and seniors both within the organization
- Must have skills: Strong hands-on experience in Java, good understanding of different architectural patterns, Java skills on batch jobs
- Good to have skills: Exposure to working in Agile methodology
