Job Description:The Level 3 Application Support team member will be part of a group that is responsible for the maintenance and support of firm applicationsThis role is charged with resolving critical business technology challenges and delivering excellent customer serviceThe team member will perform advanced troubleshooting at the application levelUsing their domain knowledge and relevant expertise, they will identify the area of fault (code, environment, or configuration) and guide the appropriate team in constructing and implementing the resolutionDemonstrated development or Level 3 application support skill sets with detailed technical experience working with, in order of importance: Azure, .NET, Cosmos or MongoDB, SQL, and PowerShellAbility to manage multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build and maintain strong relationships within the team and throughout the firmAbility to work remotely and maintain productivityThe team member will be responsible for adherence to Service Level Agreements for Level 3 application support services as defined by the client US IT OperationsExperience Required:At least 5 years of extensive knowledge and experience in development and/or application-based troubleshooting is requiredIn addition, an undergraduate degree is preferred but can be replaced with 4 years of relevant experiencePrevious application support experience in a large organizationExperience with Cosmos / MongoDB and SQL databasesExperience supporting event-driven applicationsExperience supporting applications in an Azure PaaS environmentWorking knowledge of Team Foundation Server or VSTS Release Management Service (Azure DevOps)Ability to develop and support automation tools, scripts, and SQL reportsAbility to triage and troubleshoot ETL processesSome background in networking, virtual machine platforms (VMWare, ESX), storage and system administration is a plusHands-on experience with PowerShell scripting (nice to have)Proficient either in using C# to develop or debug applications (MVC framework experience a plus)Candidates with Azure PaaS experience will be preferred Who We AreThe Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore, and nearshore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
