RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Manual Quality Assurance Engineer to remotely support our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in San Jose, CA.
Summary:Our team is seeking a Manual QA Engineer who is knowledgeable in writing and executing manual test cases to verify the functionality of application software. You will need a high level of understanding of software development and know different ways to test applications and features in a range of scenarios. You will be highly analytical and have exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills.As a Manual QA Engineer, your responsibilities and duties include the manual testing of application software in both the pre- and post-release stages of the development lifecycle.Responsibilities: Manual QA Engineer will review and analyze application specifications Develop effective test plans Execute manual test cases and analyze results Identify and report bugs and errors to development team Document test results and defects As a Manual QA Engineer, you will work with team to ensure quality throughout the software development Ensure functionality of applications and they match the specifications Assist developers to recreate bugsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience Experience with software quality assurance Experience in the software development lifecycle Strong analytical mind Ability to problem-solve Ability to adapt testing based on requirementsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
