Job Title: Program Manager Location: San Jose, CA-Hybrid Duration: Long term Job Description: DPaaS Ops CoE Program Manager Must Have: 6-10 years of experience in program or product management Experience and knowledge of Cloud Finance and Cloud migration is a strong plus Experience handling multi-discipline teams consisting of business and technical resources Experience using various project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid) and tailoring the approach for program success Ability to propel towards clarity from ambiguity Influencing and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships and build credibility/trust with team members and Senior Leadership Technical background preferred worked as Business Analyst/Engineer Ability to see the big picture and grasp complex interconnections, self-drive, and "a bias for action". Ability to communicate complex ideas, often at senior levels, to persuade to adopt a different point of view as needed Create project plans which includes scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk and issue management Facilitate, attend, scribe and distribute minutes for scrum/program meetings Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope and watching for potential roadblocks Ensure cross-team coordination & work on removing barriers experienced by Team Reporting & communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles; works well under pressure Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely Relationship-driven with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals Creative and proactive problem solver Self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Organized with strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills Motivated to work both independently and, in a team, setting Know Jira, SharePoint,Wiki, MS Office Rahul.B Team Lead SPAR Information Systems Email:
