Our client,
a telecommunications provider is currently seeking a Payments Risk Product Manager. The firm is looking to offer Fintech related services in Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Wealth Management and other areas, in an effort to gain more "stickiness" with their customers and a deeper share of wallet. This position is a year long contract to hire role. This position is 100% remote and can be based out of anywhere in the US . REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years' experience developing products and features, with a focus on risk & fraud in digital payments.
- 2-3 years' experience in analyzing fraud trends, fraud detection and prevention is a plus
- Defining product requirements & roadmap to manage risk & fraud in the digital payments space (Credit Card, ACH, Internet Banking, etc.)
- Building internal products for the payments risk & fraud teams - Decision Science, Manual Review, Transaction Monitoring and Investigation Teams
- Leveraging Business Intelligence tools for providing support with data analytics, data mining, ad-hoc investigations, reporting, and data quality assessments
- Creating risk-based rules to mitigate emerging fraud trends and monitor performance of same with regard to fraud prevention and customer experience
- Identifying patterns, trends, and bugs that help to contribute to our evolving anti-fraud risk engine.
- Analyzing fraud for methods of prevention.
- Recommending changes to fraud detection system parameters to higher management to optimize fraud detection while minimizing negative customer impact.
- Managing the reporting of key performance indicators; present analyses and findings to senior management.
- Working with third parties to craft solutions that meet the needs of customers.
- Staying apprised of the customer payments industry in relation to risk and fraud
