Responsible for program management of a data lake initiative inside the security organization. The initial focus is on the program scoping and implementation planning.In charge of driving and documenting requirements, handling information flow, and resolving interdependencies, roadblocks. Key responsibilities include use case gathering and prioritization across security organization, planning the implementation phase. Collect status and provide various reports for broader communication including the key stakeholders. Combine various data sources into one and roll up information effectively in reports weekly and present in the governance meetings.
Skills- Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with all levels of internal and external stakeholders (including VP level) with strong data points
- Strong ability to manage at program level in term of scoping, planning and execution which multiple workstreams underneath. Can simplify and structure a complex technical program effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English
- Background in data engineering, experienced in working with engineers in this domain
- With data warehouse expertise, can fully understand the design and architecture of this domain. Example solutions are Snowflake, BigQuery …
- Familiar with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process from data sanitization to enrichment, batch processing and streaming
- Familiar with Cloud technology
