Project Manager

DatamanUSA has an exciting opportunity for a

• Responsible for managing the project life cycle from start to end and controlling/monitoring scope, budget and timelines;
• Engage with business stakeholders and Executives;
• Conduct efficient meetings and provide meeting minutes;
• Communicate project roles and responsibilities and project expectations and outcomes;
• Gather requirements, develop project management plans and schedules;
• Create and maintain project artifacts throughout the project, ensuring completion, and sign-off (charter, communication plan, risk plan, test plans)
• Ensure the delivery of business requirements, functional and technical design documents;
• Assess the progress of a project and provide regular status reporting and/or presentation;
• Manage vendor relationships and deliverables in accordance with established contracts;
• Manage change and adhere to the organization's change management processes;
• Operationalize project implementation.

• Ability to lead multiple, complex project implementations through all phases in the project lifecycle
• Strong operational health plan/ managed care knowledge and experience;
• Proficiency in SDLC, waterfall, and agile project methodologies
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and vendor management
• Proven experience developing and managing project plans and documentation (charter, requirements, issue logs, and change and risk registers, etc.)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a closely related field.
• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
• Facilities projects with a focus on gathering requirements for infrastructure (network, audiovisual, server, workstations, biomedical equipment) and coordinating design/installation of them.
