- Manage project timelines, dates, tasks, hours spent, risks, assessments, vetting, and customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle
- Strong experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheets, and Data Studio
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Identify scope changes from the original plan or agreement and escalates to the management team
- Manage infrastructure integrations and migrations
- Manage Data Center migrations and Cloud Migrations
- Facilitate meetings and other communication including status reporting and tracking
- Attend meetings with teams and leaders to take detailed meeting notes
- Manage and understand customer expectations plus seek process improvements
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- 10+ years of hands-on technical project management experience
- PMP not required but strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
- Waterfall, Agile, and Agilefall methodology experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in O365 tools such as SharePoint, One Note/Drive, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Cisco, SSCM, Aryaka, JAMF, and other infrastructure tools
