Summary of Key Responsibilities :
Accumulate, prepare and distribute submittal packages.
Accumulate, prepare and distribute owner’s manuals.
Assist Project Managers with any other tasks as requested, including expediting, order entry, handling returns and freight claims.
Requirements:
Ability to work with six project managers, the Operations teams and sales force.
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work with vendors.
Qualifications:
Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Computer knowledge in the internet.
Adobe 9 experience preferred.
