Job Role- Salesforce QA Lead Location- San Jose, CA Please refer to Job No. ESOL22-5102 when submitting resume. Job Description- Analyze user requirements and functional specifications; define test scope; estimate test efforts; plan test schedules; design and develop test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for Salesforce customer relationship management solutions; write, review, and enhance test scripts, automation scripts, test procedures, and test cases; create best practices; lead QA Engineers in executing testing at various levels including database, application, smoke, functional, regression, batch job, user acceptance, integration, and performance testing; design test automation for Salesforce user interface, web services, and application program integrations; build automation framework; load, migrate, integrate, and delete data; validate user profile and customize their access in Salesforce; identify report bugs and root cause of problems; debug problems; develop solutions to prevent future problems; continuously develop strategies to automate and improve testing activities; prepare test metrics to track quality assurance activities and provide results to QA manager and business at every release; plan, develop and demo enhancements/upgraded functionalities for each iteration; prepare product quality assurance documentation; and ensure test timeline is met. Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field of study and three years of experience in quality assurance or Bachelor's degree and five years of post-baccalaureate and progressive experience in quality assurance.
- Three years of quality assurance work experience with Salesforce CRM, Java, Apex, Force.com Platform, Visual Force, Data Loader, Selenium IDE, test plan development, integration testing, and automation testing.
