. Title: SAP CRM Cloud Location: San Jose, CA Duration: Long Term Job Description:- Experience of sales compensation systems - SAP Sales Cloud (Callidus Cloud Commissions)
- Five plus years of previous work experience in finance, compensation, and/or sales administration or implementation of sales compensation applications
- In depth knowledge of Callidus Cloud Commission components such as: Salary, Salary bonus, Salary commission, Only Commission, Variable Commission, Quota based commission, Calls based commissions, Lead Generation commission.
- Must Have project experience on Callidus ICM/SPM and experience working with Crystal report developer
- Hands on experience in Callidus TrueComp Plan creation, Rule writing, Pipeline execution, Rule migration, Exception handling and Debugging
- Proficiency in Callidus True Comp data model
- Perform technical duties including: requirements analysis, Callidus-specific compensation plan design, compensation plan implementation and testing, end user sign off, and solution deployment.
- Maintain data quality in Callidus Cloud via constant data analysis, cleanup, reporting, and updates.
- Leverage features of the Callidus Cloud to develop specific rules that automate the variable compensation processes around sales activities for Sales team members.
- Understanding of internal data models of Callidus Cloud. Ability to extend the architecture with customizations, extensions and plug-ins.
- Experience in handling very high volume of transaction processing systems, Integration (in-flow and out-flow) with CRM/ERP and Data lake
- Understanding of workflows, plan logic, Modeling, Gamification, multiple orgs configuration, Personas, and guided experiences to create and manage commissions.
- Experience in building complex plans workflow based solutions for Bonuses, Accelerators, Thresholds, Draws, Recovery, Overachievers, Currency Conversions, prorations, cascaded goal sheets, ragged hierarchies and more
