Role – SAP Market MakerRoles and Responsibilities:Ø Carry growth targets for SAP business in the verticals – O&G, Utilities, HLS, CPG, TTL for NAØ Put and drive growth strategy for mid-term to long-term goalsØ Work with the sales team in generating and realizing the pipelineØ Work closely with regional SAP organization for effective alliance connect and revenue growthØ Get involved/Lead to assess customer problems and opportunitiesØ Generating business with existing and new customers to meet sales targetsØ Proactive / reactive customer visits and pipeline generationØ Contribute to RFP by providing customer insights, win theme, industry flavor in the RFP response, driving theØ Participate in RFP discovery session, RFP response defense, SOW preparation and contract negotiation at the customer site in USØ Support in resource ramp-upsØ Contribute towards asset and proof of concept (POC) building by sharing industry trends and customer requirementsØ Contribute to practice info for revenue MIS (win/loss analysis, rev projections), Go-Live info and case studies etc.Ø SAP business forecasting for defined portfolio in NAØ Plan and co-ordinate SAP sessions/webinars for sales team enablement and to proliferate SAP offeringsØ Manage relationship with SAP NA, Partner ecosystem and Analyst communityReporting – this role will report to the SAP Head for NAQualification/ExperienceØ Bachelor’s degree is a mustØ 18+ years of overall experienceØ Minimum 15 years of SAP experience and 3 years of Industry domain experience in atleast two of industries HiTech/O&G/MFG/LS /CPG/TTLHØ Minimum 5 years of experience in NA market (preferably in the above role)Ø Should have minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA implementation/upgrade experience including SAP Cloud and experience with HyperscalersØ Candidate should be able to demonstrate existing strong customer / partner network in NAØ Candidate must have strong experience in customer management, business generation, revenue growth and RFP lifecycle managementØ Candidate must have managed a portfolio of 15M +Ø Exposure and good understanding digital offerings and cloud portfolio of SAPØ Cross application and integration knowledgeØ Should have experience working in onsite/offshore model and high collaboration indexØ Relevant SAP certifications in new age technologies preferred
