What You’ll Do:Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) Services team is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow the Security Services business in our Global Enterprise West Segment (GESW) in the Americas. This role is key to supporting the Sales organization by working with Customers and Account Teams in developing solutions and estimating levels of effort for delivering Advisory, Implementation and Managed Security Services, as well as providing timely forecasting to the Delivery organization for resource planning.Our BDM team members have deep knowledge into Cisco’s Advisory, Implementation and Managed Security services portfolio as well as the wider Services Portfolio.The BDM is the catalyst in ensuring the following:

Who You'll Work WithYou will be part of the Customer Experience (CX) team focused on driving successful insertion and adoption of Security services across Cisco sales activities. The team has the opportunity for visibility and interaction with senior management, cross-team collaboration, engagement and driving matrix-managed projects which have direct impact to the services business within the large enterprise accounts in GESW.Our BDM team members have deep knowledge into Cisco’s Security services portfolio as well as the wider Services Portfolio. Team members are expected to leverage this knowledge to develop solutions and scope services opportunities based on Customer / sales requirements across all vertical market environments.Who You Are:You are an independent self-starter, who is proactive with a program management mindset to resolve conflicts. You have excellent verbal and written skills in communicating and positioning Cisco’s Security Services business and operational value to our Customers and the Client Executive audience. You have a proven track record of developing and winning multi-architecture solution contracts (multi-million $) in the Security market segment. You are a problem solver with experience in risk and issue management, escalation and resolution. You provide constructive coaching and feedback to all levels within the team as necessary. Key role functions include:· Position and sell Advisory, Implementation and Managed Security Services.· Identify, position and scope new ISE, Stealthwatch, NGFW, Tetration, AMP, Umbrella and DUO service solutions.· Communicate the Security Services portfolio and value to target Customer segments and Cisco stakeholders.· Create and deliver quotes and proposals for Customers with accurate deliverable scoping, sizing and pricing.· Maintain tight interlock with the Customer Success and Delivery teams supporting other architectures to ensure that a single, consistent engagement process is followed.· Support sales in building the pipeline and forecasting bookings for Security Service opportunities that align with Cisco’s strategy and priorities.· Contribute to the development of new Security Service offerings.· Engage with Security CX Delivery teams to insure consistent and accurate scoping of Customer engagements.· Document all in-flight opportunities for accurate Security forecasting.Cisco is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, genetic information, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected basis.
