Above all, we live to deliver an experience that inspires, educates and deepens meaningful engagement with Cisco.What You'll DoThe Director CX Readiness & Evidence is responsible for driving internal readiness for the CX portfolio, architectures and got-to-markets across all Cisco organizations, as well as building the CX evidence engine. The leader will focus on building, executing and scaling both Cisco’s CX readiness and evidence engines, driving alignment with business units, field teams and CX organizations in order to define targets and create programs to maximize results and scale.This role requires a strong passion for customers, leadership, field impact and driving change. The Director CX GTM will work across marketing, engineering, and sales to build high quality, high impact customer stories and engage Cisco’s internal audience on the CX value proposition. This role is essential to Cisco’s success as the company undergoes its shift to software, transformation to Software-as-a-Service a new Customer Experience approach and model.

Develop and drive a comprehensive internal readiness plan for all Cisco internal audiences, aligned with CX strategic objectives and metrics.

Collaborate with the Role Community, Sales Enablement and Filed Marketing organizations to drive a readiness programs and build an ongoing cadence

Simplify the internal message and help streamline go-do’s across internal sales playbooks. Articulate CX positioning and value proposition to land it across the company.

Build and drive a programmatic internal evidence engine aimed at generating high impact, high quality customer stories covering targeted business scenarios and customer segments and illustrating the Cisco CX unique value proposition

Work closely with Customer Success, Account Management and Service Delivery teams to develop, manage and nurture a worldwide pipeline of customer stories.

Integrate with existing business units’s Customer Story teams to align messaging and highlight the value of CX in various business scenarios.

Aside from being a master storyteller, you are passionate about marketing, and developing your team to achieve business results. You interact with all levels of the business easily and can influence across the board.

Prior roles in a fast paced environment leading marketing, solutions or product marketing teams

Background on leading Enterprise scale business transformations preferred

10+ years of Technology Marketing experience
