Network Engineer/VOIP Engineer to work on-site with one of our direct clients in San Jose, CA.Job Title: Senior Network Engineer/VOIP EngineerDuration: 6 monthsLocation: San Jose, CA (Onsite) Specific Tasks:- Config and create cut sheets with relevant info on an agencies VoIP phones in preparation for successful agency cut-overs.
- Provide post-cutover support to agencies.
- Working knowledge of Cisco VoIP Unified Communications/Unified Contact Center Enterprise Technology
- Hands-on experience on all aspects of Cisco VoIP technology & its implementation e.g.CUCM, Unity VM system, Paging etc. etc.
- 5+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
