Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a related specialized area or field is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Clearance Requirements:

Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

What you bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in Digital Signal Processing, Communication Theory, Wireless RF Communications, and/or Software Defined Radio (SDR)
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, model, and implement world class Signal Processing algorithms for complex integrated HW/SW systems
  • Performance evaluation of signal processing solutions
  • Ability to develop testing criteria and execute validation of designs
  • Proficiency in signal processing algorithm modeling in one or more of MATLAB, Python, C, C
  • Understanding of modern C programming language

Target salary range: USD $190,000.00/Yr. - USD $215,000.00/Yr. Note: The compensation information listed is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
