Position Overview SFDC Architect Requirements: Ten (10) or more years of software development experience with Applications, CRM, Salesforce or any software platform tool, required Instruction:
- Seven (7) or more years of Salesforce configuration and development to support broad and deep architecture of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community based solutions, required
- Four (4) or more years of Salesforce tools experience with Apex, Force.com, Lightning, Einstein Analytics, required
- Two (2) or more years Salesforce Architecting complex solutions, required
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), required
- Any applicable Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, Systems Architect, Technical Architect, preferred Software:
- Salesforce.com / Apex development experience, required Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and relationship building skills. Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility and commitment to corporate mission
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
- Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details
