- Interacts with clients to determine solution specifications.
- Experience in leading and contributing to agile/scrum ceremonies and discovery sessions, documents and manages scope, writes requirements and/or user stories, performs quality assurance, configuration assistance, application training, problem resolution and third level support to new and existing clients.
- Develops business rules as well as supporting process flows.
- Provides two-way communication between the external customer and the extended project team.
- Consults with external customers on functional aspects of design, project delivery and support.
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates activities related to system development projects.
- Responsible for on time delivery of medium to large projects.
- Key activities include planning, estimating, determining functional architecture, writing functional design specifications, managing customer account relationships and providing support.
- Works with customers on functional and technical aspects of project delivery and support.
- Provide project management guidance and organization
- Bachelor s degree (Engineering or MIS/Computer Science preferred)
- 5+ years business analysis experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with business analysis
- Experience with Cloud applications and associated API functionality
- Experience with project management
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong understanding and experience in Agile Methodology
- Preferable: SQL knowledge
- Work with leads/Seniors in the team to understand the business objective
- Assist Leads to create software requirements artefacts and deliverables
- Work with leads/seniors to identify solutions options and validate them in a systematic manner
- Have a basic understanding of various BA tasks that include but not limited to:
- Planning stakeholder engagement, Effective approval process, Creation of usage of Business Analysis information, Components required to prepare for and conduct elicitation, Validating information with stakeholders and communication of information, Components involved in collaboration - both internal and external, Maintenance of requirements and its traceability, Requirements and design prioritization, Evaluation of change impact, Mitigation of negative consequences while moving to desired future state
- Assist the Leads in eliciting requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops and other proven techniques
- Follow effective requirements practices such as change control process defined by senior Client
- Learn about developing process flow diagrams use case current/future state diagrams functional and technical requirements
- Interacts with clients to determine solution specifications.
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or MIS/Computer Science preferred

- Converting requirements legacy documents or reverse engineering specifications into the format/configuration
- Setting up Liferay users
- Testing configurations: data layer, rules layer, business flow layer, and end to end
