· Designs, develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate processes for secure software product releases. Automates release processes to eliminate manual work and human error. Anticipates, prevents and eliminates problems and creates efficient fixes.· Creates and maintains effective DevSecOps process automation. Plans and supports new ServiceNow DevOps feature development.· Defines and sets best practices for planning/tracking, code management, build, deploy and release across multiple teams/products in a secure CI/CD delivery model on a ServiceNow platform.· Develops and executes security tests and controls, points out defenses and countermeasures.· Develops and monitors metrics to determine the success criteria for business outcomes.· Drives the cultural adoption of DevSecOps and Agile principles and values to implement a strong business and technical vision.· Demonstrated success building Enterprise CI/CD systems that meet requirements around secure software delivery, stability, and scalability.· Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow platform and services.· Knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Go, etc.) Technical acumen, highly motivated, self-driven, problem solver.· Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs) Can interpret internal or external business issues and recommend optimizations on a regular basis, suggest best practices centering on DevSecOps.· A combination of software engineering, information security, system administration, system automation, and application support experience.· DevSecOps stack - source control systems, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, deployment and config management.· Experience implementing and integrating code quality and vulnerability testing tools such as Fortify, SonarQube, JaCoCo, Veracode in CI/CD pipelines.· Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.· Experience in building a robust DevSecOps culture.
