- Create, manage and produce regular reporting packages (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for various stakeholders including sales
- Work cross-functionally to establish and translate business goals into measurable key performance indicators to provide senior management with actionable insight
- Develop, standardize, and consolidate dashboards that provide data to business stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to insure critical data is available to them to make critical business decisions
- MUST have worked with Salesforce and Tableau data sources EXTENSIVELY to be able to extract data from these sources (if it s not on the resume, or these words are jumbled into a list of dozens of words, please don t waste our time. These are 2 critical business data sources, the person has to have proven experience accessing and manipulating data from Salesforce and Tableau)
- Bachelors Degree is highly important in working with a lot of very smart people
- Education or proven work experience in business, finance, economics, or statistics is imperative (got to be able to understand business lingo working with senior execs)
- Person has to have a startup mentality - Ability to think through things and work independently to produce results rapidly that adds value to the organization
