POSITION: TECHNICAL WRITER Location: Remote Job Description: We are looking for a technical writer with 2-5 years of proven success in software technical documentation in the customer service management, contact center, CRM, or enterprise software space Requirements 2-5 years of planning, writing, and publishing product documentation, including online help, user guides, and technical guides for software applications. Create a lexicon with clear definitions to better explain our product concepts. Outstanding communication skills. Strong information design skills. Familiarity with Adobe FrameMaker & RoboHelp. Previous experience with these tools is a plus. Graphics skills and familiarity with tools like Visio, Gliffy, etc., a plus. Ability to work on several projects at the same time. Willingness to work with teams in other geographies (US and India).
