Job Title: UX Designer

Location: San Jose, CA 95110

Duration: 2 Years

Duties / Responsibilities:• Partner with UX Research to create or improve each audience's personas and user journeys• Collaborate with the team to create new customer journeys for new audiences and find improvement opportunities for existing user bases• For each user base, create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, visuals and navigation design for webpages, in-app message cards, and pop-ups• Collaborate with core design team to ensure that N pages are consistent with branding guidelines • Conduct usability test to collect user feedback and gather new insights • Work with product and engineering teams to map available communication channels and understand how to efficiently use those to improve the experience • Understand web pages authoring framework of using template driven workflow, based on top of web content management software AEM.• Work with Web Production team to understand authoring capabilities and adapt to it• Present your designs to the design team and all the stakeholders

Skills • A professional portfolio showing a variety of well-executed UX design work• Visual design skills, including a proven understanding of design fundamentals• Experience in creating clear, concise, and actionable design documentation• Understanding of UX research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and A/B testing; Good understanding of usability test tools (usertesting.com is preferred)• Proficiency in Creative Cloud tools• The ability to balance several initiatives successfully and shift priorities as needed • Excellent collaborative and communication skills (both verbal and written) to work with business leaders, product teams, analytics teams, and engineering teams; proven record of working across teams with geographically remote team members.

Education• 5-7 years of experience working in the UX field, or equivalent• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree or equivalent college coursework in web design, graphic design, computer science or usability
