DutiesClient is looking to a hire a Group Manager, Campaign Marketing a reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Campaign Marketing. This role will serve as the campaign strategy lead for customer journey and communications across marketing mediums – brand social, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and in-product messaging. This person will manage a team of high-performing campaign marketers passionate about driving actionable results and taking a customer-centric approach in their campaign development and creative design.The ideal candidate is familiar with subscription models and e-commerce, and is exceptional at establishing relationships. This person is a self-starter with strong initiative who demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills and partners well across global cross-functional teams.

Skills• Manage and empower a marketing team to develop and execute global marketing programs that span the full customer lifecycle - from discovery, consideration, acquisition to onboarding, active use and win-back. Oversee, prioritize, and approve optimizations to sustaining programs and new initiatives based on state of business.• Drive quarterly and ad-hoc marketing reviews to executive leadership on key actionable insights and success metrics working closely with finance, product marketing, and go-to-market teams; Have strong accountability on operational excellence in a fast-changing environment.• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data requirements for marketing infrastructure and develop customer use cases for advanced campaign segmentation.• Spearhead development of Annual Marketing Plan for team's area of responsibility. Includes program definition and prioritization, target segments, messaging hierarchy, customer journey, marketing mix, OKRs and goal setting.

Required
  • 10+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years working in integrated marketing or campaign strategy.• 5+ years of people management experience preferred.• Ambitious, self-starter with a positive, upbeat demeanor• Foster environment for innovation and excellence that values testing and learning• Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, handling deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations• Creative and nimble. You think on your feet, try new approaches and are willing to learn from your mistakes. You have the perseverance without the ego.• Confident communicator. Ability to effectively communicate priorities and sophisticated ideas as well as influence across partners and organizations.• Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis, with consistent track record to creatively problem-solve with a bias for action• College graduate with B.A./B.S., MBA or Master's equivalent preferred.

Highly desired• Prior creative experience and media planning at agencies.
