· Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and Content· Own the strategy and day-to-day execution of email lifecycle campaigns Monitor, assess campaign performance, and identify key opportunities for email programs· Create and optimize segmentation of users to deliver personalized onboarding experience using product data Ideate and execute tests to improve email performance and drive product adoption· Be the lead for SEO and Content efforts for Lightstep Incident Response· Own content strategy and production process end-to-end, including performance and measurement, and formulate SEO and Content KPIs.· Manage SEO agency, content writers, and dev resources (technical SEO)· Ensure implementation of the SEO best practices including page structure, code, title tags, keywords, image labels, keyword, and link research, and troubleshoot critical fixes
