Are you a collaborative Cloud Security Engineer with experience using Python to automate security solutions?
If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in San Jose.Due to federal security contract requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen. This is a 6 month contract role. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Cloud Security Engineer: - Build Python security automation to improve daily Cloud operations
- Plan, design, test, deploy, and maintain highly complex systems
- Extend existing security services and platforms to enhance capabilities
Requirements of the Cloud Security Engineer: - At least 5 years of experience in IT security domain
- Advanced Shell scripting experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python
- Experience in Linux and networking
- Experience deploying a range of security solutions
- Ability to communicate technical subject matter
