- Engagement Management: manage engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from client top management
- Business Development: develop and maintain contact with top decision-makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to proposal pricing strategy

- 6+ years of experience within Energy, Resources & Industrials (Power, Utilities & Renewables, Oil, Gas & Chemicals, or Industrial Products & Construction)
- At least 10 years of experience as an SAP Hana Technical Architect
- Experience with S/4 HANA, Cloud or Mobility
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a Team Lead or Project Manager on at least 1+ full cycle implementation
- Travel 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

- Project Management of multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations with SAP methodology framework and related business processes
- Agile and/or Waterfall methodology
- Established leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
- Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
- Experience with developing eminence, thought ware, and point-of-view materials
- Experience mentoring and coaching others
- Greenfield implementation experience
- Master's degree
