- ServiceNow Platform experience, as a Lead BSA, with HRSD solution is must have Must have strong experience working with stakeholders in implementing HR apps on the ServiceNow platform
- Must have worked in IT handling change management, Incident Management in the role Ability to lead yourself and others while working in a highly dynamic environment.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst within HR functional areas.
- Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives).
- Working knowledge of end-to-end business processes as regards to HR and Internal IT.
- Minimum 8 years of experience preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis.
- Previous experience in Enterprise HR onboarding solution or ServiceNow platform is a huge plus.
- Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple, complex technical projects Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Customer-centric and Service minded.
- Business Analysis experience in a high-tech (preferable software) company highly desirable.
- Project Management experience a plus.
