Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a System Administrator - Device Management for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Software clients in San Jose, CA or Lehi, UT. Responsibilities :
- Work with a team of Device Engineers to improve how computers are deployed and managed. This role will focus on improvements to existing workflows and prototyping, testing and implementing, new deployment concepts supporting our Self-Service Provisioning strategy.
- Participate in Customer Focus groups to collect and analyze experience feedback.
- Collaborate with a talented global team from various backgrounds and cultures, across multiple business units.
- Establish and maintain documentation of core services. Both internal and external.
- Ensure compliance by adhering to our established Change Management and intake and Tracking processes.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Experience working with an enterprise Device management environment like VMware's Workspace ONE or similar product.
- Experience with feedback collection methodology (survey, face to face feedback gathering)
- Experience with SharePoint & OneDrive for collaboration
- Experience working in an Agile environment, or in Scrum teams
- 6-9 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
