Key Responsibilities: Understand business drivers and map business needs to functional design. Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business use cases. Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops. Perform gap analysis (as is functionality versus to be functionality) Create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to the business teams, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives Drive UAT with business users including coordination and user acceptance signoff Skills
Experience in UX design, creative writing and/or linguistics. Excellent copywriting skills. Able to craft concise and digestible copy. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Technically competent in creating user flow diagrams. Open to learning new UX / prototyping tools related to interaction and conversation design. Customer-first mentality with a collaborative design approach and positive attitude. Experience working in a start-up (or agile) environment. Familiar withAgile product delivery methods. Hands-on work ethic, with the ability to rapidly prototype and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills Education Minimum 8 years' experience as a business analyst or related experience with a Bachelor's degree. ServiceNow platform experience in driving solutions in an enterprise environment preferred. A proven and verifiable history of analyzing business situations and working within a group environment to provide efficient and effective software solutions. Experienced in preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, and performing detailed gap analysis Business Analysis experience in a high-tech (preferable software) company highly desirable.
