- 10-12 years' experience, with at least 4-6 years leading large programs
- Lead cross-functional analysis, technology and quality assurance teams to achieve key program objectives within a portfolio
- Work with Zensar team members such as Engagement Managers, Project Managers and Solution Architects to lead initiation, planning and execution of various programs and projects
- Work with business stakeholders, executive leadership and Zensar delivery team to define Program Delivery Roadmap
- Hire skilled teams based on project landscape and complexity
- Be able to analyze any issue and provide necessary leadership to the team to find optimal solution with regards to project management, solution analysis, quality assurance, architecture
- Lead, coordinate and drive decision making process for key delivery decisions
- Align Zensar and Client teams; act as mediator to arrive at a decision where needed
- Develop, maintain and update integrated project/program plans, and ensure alignment of these plans across functions and with team leadership
- Track and communicate with key client stakeholder roadmap execution status.
- Establish effective, accurate, appropriate and timely communication within cross functional teams to achieve key program objectives
- Provide updates on key issues and progress to Sr. Management both within Zensar and client organization
- Proactively identify issues and provides general guidance to resolve program and team challenges
- Develop practical solutions to achieve program productivity and quality goals and objectives
- Provide input and general guidance to the team for presentations and updates to management and outside collaborators where applicable
