- Knowledge of Personal Computer (PC) technology and Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows 10)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- General knowledge of Networking technology and concepts for Microsoft Windows server environment
- Knowledge of the process of imaging a laptop for deployment
- Knowledge of responsibilities of a System Administrator
- Possession of a valid California Driver’s license
- Answers computer support calls, emails, and JIRA tickets troubleshoots and resolves them
- Images laptops. Deploy them to staff and brief staff on how the laptops work.
- Fulfills any computer related requests from Departments or Programs
- Serves a back up for the other Help Desk staff when they are not available.
- Works with other staff to resolve computer related issues beyond his/her technical knowledge
- May need to drive to PH remote sites to resolve issues.
