- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Hands on Development experience with Java, Spring boot, Spring Framework, MongoDB, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect and Event driven application development
