Open Needs include: 13 week assignment (with potential extension)
Expectations and Duties: You will be providing Home Health Visits to various patients in their home. about 30 patient visits a week. Follow up visits with patients with home health needs. Training and benefits available!
Must have 1 year of experience Skilled nursing Facility experience minimum. Home health preferred but not required (helpful with blood draw experience) must have wound care. Hips and joints or neurological is great as well.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active year clinical experience in Skilled nursing Facility or similar doing Wound care. Hips joints Neuro blood draws are also preferred.
- Active LVN license in California
- Active drivers license with a clean DMV
- Home Health Experience - preferred!
- Acute Care Experience
