- Experience with ERP order management systems (SAP S/4 Hana preferred), MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision
- 5+ years’ experience in order management, or customer service
- Act as the subject matter expert on all aspects of order management, including but not limited to, PO requirements, Order Automation (i.e. EDI), booking policies and system reporting.
- Work with team to document best practices. Help to develop and implement repeatable processes for team and future team players.
- Participates in cross-functional projects that will help scale the business and streamline processes
- Key point of contact for order escalation issues on assigned accounts.
- Engage team members and other cross-functional teams when assistance is needed to resolve problems
- Ensure that orders from all accounts are handled timely and accurately and email inquiries are addressed promptly
- Manage quarter-end and monthly deadlines for order processing, shipping and tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and coordinate with team to draft and implement solutions
- Collect order and error resolution evidence throughout each quarter to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
