  • Experience with ERP order management systems (SAP S/4 Hana preferred), MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision
  • 5+ years’ experience in order management, or customer service
  • Act as the subject matter expert on all aspects of order management, including but not limited to, PO requirements, Order Automation (i.e. EDI), booking policies and system reporting.
  • Work with team to document best practices. Help to develop and implement repeatable processes for team and future team players.
  • Participates in cross-functional projects that will help scale the business and streamline processes
  • Key point of contact for order escalation issues on assigned accounts.
  • Engage team members and other cross-functional teams when assistance is needed to resolve problems
  • Ensure that orders from all accounts are handled timely and accurately and email inquiries are addressed promptly
  • Manage quarter-end and monthly deadlines for order processing, shipping and tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and coordinate with team to draft and implement solutions
  • Collect order and error resolution evidence throughout each quarter to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
