Capital Market Business Analyst

We are looking for

• Good at preparing business requirement documents & functional specification documents.
• Demonstrates understanding of business needs & complex business requirements.
• Experience in mapping business processes, data mapping.
• Strong experience in business and functional analysis.
• Work with the Technology team, Operations Teams, Architecture group and other work streams within the program to obtain sign-off.
• Conduct walkthroughs to validate the Data requirement document, Functional Specification document, and other supporting artifacts with all the stakeholders.
• Work experience with various stakeholders.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Capital Market services in general and one of its sub-areas viz. Asset Management, especially Front Office & Client Facing Applications & Processes and should have worked in Agile Projects, preferably Agile certified.
• Strong understanding of various asset classes, Securities Market & its Participants.
• Basic Understanding of financial regulations across geos.
• Good understanding of securities /trade life cycle.

• Good at SQL (should be able to analyze and write simple queries).
• Very good analytical ability.
• Skill in test cases, test data, and review of interface testing, between different applications, when required.
• Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
