Position Overview:The Clinical Coordinator performs the functional duties of a Licensed Vocational Nurse and is also responsible for the coordination of the site’s daily operational needs under the direction of the Department Manager. Ensures the smooth flow of operations by scheduling staff according to clinic needs. Works with the entire management team to follow through on projects related to the Beta Model Line roll out including arranging for staff training.Qualifications:REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Current California LVN License

Current AHA BLS/CPR certification

A minimum of two (2) years professional experience sufficient to recognize and make appropriate judgments regarding daily operational issues

Three (3) to five (5) years actively working as a Licensed Vocational Nurse with an above average Focal Review in the last year

Formal leadership training and/or past experience in staffing schedules or guiding others to achieve daily operational goals
