They manage 3.5 Billion AUM across different vehicles and grew by a stunning $2.5B in just 2 years.As the Senior Fund accountant you will work directly with the owner of the firm along with the CFO and other executive members and learn all aspects of the financial services business.Details:
Perform month end close for hedge funds and quarterly close for the VC funds
Help prepare year-end financial statements and facilitate work with auditors.
Maintain internal accounting and investor relation systems
Work daily with traders and administrators to reconcile trade breaks and outstanding items
Help oversee prime broker relationships to optimize margin and balances.
Prepare and update marketing and performance materials
RequirementsThis is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a great executive team and mentorship. The ideal candidate:
3+ years of experience either coming out of another Hedge Fund, or Fund Admin, VC firm, or public audit with Asset Management Experience
Ideally someone with understanding of side-pocket, allocations, options, futures, swaps, derivatives
CPA is a plus
