Their success is a result of advanced industry knowledge and acquiring and optimizing residential and mixed use properties in Bay Area sub-markets.As Property Accountant, you will use your advanced knowledge of property accounting and high attention to detail to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages. Other key responsibilities and duties of the role include, but are not limited to: Complete close process for each respective property and fund including preparing financialreports on an accrual basis and gathering supporting documents Prepare bank reconciliations and record cash deposits Review and record depreciation and amortization schedules Analyze and properly classify building improvements, tenant improvements, and repairs Review each property’s balance sheets and income statements to verify and ensure accuracy ofaccount balances, revenue and expenses Prepare financial reports for joint venture, lender, and third‐party owners including cashanalysis schedules, draw requests and other related documentsThis is an tremendous opportunity to enhance your skills as a Property Accountant in a collaborative work environment.
