We are recruiting for a

SAP Supply Chain Master Data Management professional to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing operations environment. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience supporting a master data governance roadmap and implementation working with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain ERP Systems. Experience supporting manufacturing operations is preferred. Location Note: The team is currently working remotely due to COVID-19 and will be located on-site once health precautions are lifted. Candidates must be located in the San Mateo - Foster City commuting area for consideration. Job Type: Consulting hourly W2 or Corp-to-Corp (direct to consultant)

Duration: 6-months with potential for extension. Role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Work in collaboration with product launch team (supply planning, logistics, IT shared services) to support supply chain network creation and maintenance in ERP systems and planning systems.
  • Support Supply Chain policies, procedures, techniques, standards, and systems for global supply chain.
  • Promote manufacturing organization standards and governance with SAP implementation for data migration and transformation.
  • Support functional reviews and assessments for systems and data.
  • Support cross-functional teams to create, maintain, and audit supply chain network.
  • Maintain standards in ERP system for business requirements and system data maintenance.
  • Support Outside Processing (OSP) for supplier resources, item creation, maintenance, audit, etc.
  • Support Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) for item creation, maintain, resource, route items in ERP system.
  • Support Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, maintenance of change, and audit.
  • Manage planning source strategy, planning parameters, and other master data elements in the planning system.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements include (but are not limited to):
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card Holder; Qualified H-1B candidates will be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree required; related discipline preferred.
  • 8+ years of related experience supporting SAP-ERP centralized data for supply chain management.
    • A master's degree in a related discipline may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
  • cGMP certification is highly desired.
  • Expertise with SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) and global supply chain (pharma preferred).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain ERP System
  • Experience with SAP Master Data Management (MDM) data integration and distribution capabilities.
  • Experience with Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions.
  • Experience with SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals) is a plus.
  • Proficiency working across the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with production scheduling tools and activities.
  • Experience with project management activities for new product launch and planning master data readiness.
  • Experience working collaboratively with data owners, cross-functional teams, and outside contacts.
  • Experience supporting ongoing system improvements, developing, and delivering data quality metrics, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to work with key decision makers and organization stakeholders to support business goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal English communication skills to successfully interact with technical and functional team members at all levels of the organization.
