DescriptionResponsibilities
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Correspond with clients and opposing counsel
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Pre-litigation
Requirements
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience
Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
Strong familiarity with legal writing
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Personal injury plaintiffs experience required
Foundational knowledge in trial preparation
Stellar academic credentials and references
