We have an opening for an SAP Operations Engineer, including support of SAP and related applications hosted in the cloud. Work with development team on Digital Financial modernization project using SAP HANA and BRIM
Work primarily with Offer to Cash process in SAP which includes ( Order Capture, Order processing, Master data, Finance etc) and be able to come up with the innovative solution for the enterprise
Solve problems occurring with our production systems and build solutions and automation to prevent them from happening again
Build effective monitoring to monitor the health of systems and proactive fixing of alerts
Build and run capacity tests to manage the growth of systems
Plan for reliability by designing systems to work across cloud and on-premises data centers
Strong troubleshooting skills, strong understanding of application frameworks, infrastructure, and comfortable navigating through multiple systems and reading code
Support Autodesk enterprise growth and ensure stability through maintenance activities on Enterprise Applications
Design, develop, re-factor, optimize, and enhance application software utilizing various technologies.
Work with open source tools, create API, rich dashboards and implement proactive monitoring
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of SAP experience with functional skills Configuration and business processes within SAP ECC SD, MM, FI, AP configuration
Cross functional integration with SAP FI/CO
At least 3 years of SAP experience implementing SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing with CC, CI/FICA, and/or SOM
Over 5 years of experience architecting solutions between backend SAP systems interfacing with ERP, message queue, analytics, modeling, reporting, etc.
Experience with Enterprise and Native HANA 1.0, SAP HANA Architecture, SLT, Business Objects, SAP BPC
Experience defining systems strategy, designing prototyping and developing testing systems requirements, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Architecting SAP solutions for simplicity, massive scale, resiliency and maintainability
Setting-up and configuring SAP based on best practices
Experienced with ETL tools and processes
Coaching Customer and Partner teams to be self-sufficient.
Ability to lead multiple projects at the same time as well as lead multiple consultant resources on a project and manage their tasks to completion
Ability to guide basis teams to install and configure SAP add-ons
Understanding of SaaS solutions, technology and architecture
Work with external consultants and internal teams to efficiently manage and complete projects on -time
Business Process Re-engineering and Process Mapping
Work with Engg Teams and Ops both globally , Finance, Analytics and other cross-functional business teams
Help ensure daily interfaces and regular reports are running smoothly, completely, and accurately
Perform routine reporting, analysis and ad hoc/special projects, support as needed
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills, experienced analyzing trace dumps and deducing what to optimize to speed up queries and processes
Have experience working with the both On-Premise systems and the systems on the cloud
Must have experience with designing and building resiliency into systems
Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems Ability to think abstractly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of CPQ
Knowledge of PL/SQL (T-SQL) usage
