We have an immediate opportunity one of our largest clients for a Project Manager in San Ramon, CA. The ideal candidate must have experience in LEAN/ Safe Agile/ Agile Methodology. Must have strong Project Financial Skills: Budgeting, Forecasting and Tracking of Actual Spent to low levels of Detail, Strong Interpersonal Skills. Must have experience working in PMO environment as Project Lead or Project Manager for highly complex projects, knowledge of workforce planning, analytics theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques as needed to perform at the job level. Must possess skill in facilitating discussions and meetings as needed to perform at the job level, competency in interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions. Candidate should possess knowledge of Microsoft Office Products - for example Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access - as needed to perform at the job level. The person should have skill in negotiating between stakeholders to reach an agreement, competency in developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Must have competency in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Should have knowledge of risk and compliance assessment and management theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques as needed to perform at the job level. Should have ability to apply project management theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques as needed to perform at the job level. Should have competency in applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization goals.
