Job Duties• Testing and certifying 911 PSAP (Public Service Answering Point) hardware and software and GIS systems with Emergency Services IP Network (ESINet).• Developing and executing test plans, documenting defects, and reporting test results.• Working with call handling equipment and ESInet providers to investigate, determine the root cause, and resolve issues.

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Telecom, or related technical field
