Job Description:- Role:- Azure ArchitectLocation:- San Ramon, CA "Responsibilities:• Design an end-to-end data pipeline from scratch on MS Azure Cloud platform for data modernization from traditional data sources into Snowflake.• Design reusable templates and models for data ingestion, aggregation, transformation/ curation.• Design and develop strategies for cross-cutting concerns such as Data Lineage, Data Governance, Meta Data Management and Data Security on Azure + Snowflake platform• Provide consulting help to the development teams which implement the end-to-end data flows for various business scenarios related to Asset Management business.• Interface with Business Analytics teams and provide required support in building the data platform for downstream Reporting, Machine Learning and Analytics.• Play a customer-facing role and enable architecture and design discussions.• Evaluate technologies, solutions and recommend best practices and approaches. Skills Needed: • Proficient with Azure cloud computing including big data technologies (Hands-on experience preferred)• Experience or exposure to Snowflake (preferred)• Experience with deep understanding in both traditional and modern data architecture and processing concepts, including relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle), Data warehousing, NoSQL, and business analytics• Well versed with multiple Data Ingestion technologies/ frameworks including but not limited to SSIS and be able to design ingestion frameworks for batch and real-time feeds, file based etc. sources.• Consultative/complex technical deployment projects (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions)• Architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of complex application architectures (i.e. having an architectural sense for connecting data sources, data visualization, structured and unstructured data, etc.)• Demonstrable hands on experience implementing Data Warehouse solutions using Azure DF, ADLS and Azure Data Services• Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning, Azure ML, Stream Analytics etc. would be a plus.• Strong communication and presentation skills."
