Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Digital/Online banking Work Location: San Ramon, CA (remote currently) Job Description: Need a business analyst with solid expertise in Digital & Online banking.
- Online account opening platform knowledge; consumer deposits, consumer lending, mortgage, small business deposits, small business lending and commercial deposits.
- Should have banking domain knowledge (core banking's functional understanding)
- ACH Funding processes
- Knowledge on various Online Payment methods - e.g. paytm, Card based funding (payeezy), etc.
- Knowledge on KYC itemization & bank's regulations on it - e.g. provided by FIS, lexis-nexis, Alloy etc.
- Understanding of Account ownership, person-ORG role mapping, Disclosure, add on services mapping, CDD(Customer due Diligence), KYC decisioning process, etc.
- Capable of building user activity & business process flow diagrams
- workflow differentiation between Digital platform, Branch & Call-Center flow.
- Managing requirements repository / baseline / documentation - Working with Requirements Managements in JIRA (User Stories creation and grooming, demo to client etc.) - detailed Use Cases with business process flows
