Job Description

Top Required Skills:· Application Development background but moved into a Business Architect role· Someone who understands how things work together from business architecture standpoint· Experience leading projects/architectural reviews· Ability to ask good questions and understand how to solve business problems from architecture standpoint· Experience interfacing with both IT and business· This team provides support for customizations of applications that ride on top of systems deployed by IT.

Responsibilities:· Lead projects/architectural reviews· Interface between business and IT - - providing support for customizations of applications that ride on top of systems deployed in IT· Run process of determining solutions - - understand how systems work, how it would solve a business challenge, how it would integrate with “Client” systems and how to customize for business use.· Work with vendors on gathering requirements· Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams

Additional Information:This person will be part of the Business Architecture group who supports a lot of the custom business applications. Ex: Call recording for contact center, workforce management tools, speech recognition, and natural language apps in IVR’s. A lot related to Contact Center apps but could be other types of applications as well.
