Role: Data Hub Lead Location: San Ramon, CA Duration: Fulltime/Contract AFS Vision experience is mandatory Responsibilities:
- This role has a key responsibility for reporting on and quality assuring large volumes of data sources collected from external systems. The role is also responsible for helping end-users with data queries and occasional support of the Data Hub Engineering team.
- Working with the Data Hub team to assess the validity of reporting metrics and outputs, and the usability of production reports
- Developing and maintaining clear and concise documentation for both internal customers (covering BAU processes and systems) and external customers (covering usage of reports and metrics)
- Assisting in the building, documentation and execution of test cases and scripts for Data Hub reports and systems
- Validating that user expectations are achieved during the testing process, reviewing user requirements
- 5+ years as Data Hub Lead / Analyst experience. Exposure to AFS Vision technologies.
- Deep expertise in data related tools including latest data solutions (eg Big Data, Cloud, In Memory Analytics, etc.)
- Solid experience in standing up enterprise practices for Big Data, Analytics, Self-Service
- Proven track record for identifying, architecting and building new technology solutions to solve complex business problems
- Capable of working with open source software, debugging issues and working with vendors toward effective resolution
