- Needs to have project management experience in IT
- Must have IT/Infrastructure experience
- Biotech/ Pharma experience is nice to have
- Experiencewith Microsoft, PowerPoint are needed.
- Vizio and Sciforma are nice to have
- Familiarity of compliance regulations (GXP, Etc.)
- Budget experience- 5 million min
- PST or EST are okay.
- Can work remote, manager would prefer if this person was in driving distance to Novato or Woburn, but not mandatory.
- This job is open to someone who want to work 20-30 hours or 40 hours
- Develops project management deliverables necessary for project success, including but not limited to Project,kickoff meeting, weekly status reports/dashboards, meeting agendas and minutes, risk and issue management plan, resourcing and budgeting plan and updates, project schedule, communication plan, project close out report, and lessons learned
- Drives decision-making and issues resolution
- Develops well-conceived, aggressive timelines. Performs budget and resources planning, risk assessment and contingency planning
- Ensures cross-functional alignment and organizational support for the execution of the project by facilitating internal and external stakeholder meetings
- Responsible for project progress against approved timelines and milestones, and ensures adherence to agreed-upon team objectives and deliverables
- Manages prioritization of project team activities
- Identifies bottlenecks, surface issues, and proactively drives for their resolution. Leads contingency planning efforts
- Leads ad-hoc cross-functional working sessions as needed aiming at issue resolution or efficiency
- Accountable for accurate forecasting, tracking and adherence to project budget
- Challenges assumptions, timelines and expenses on project level
- Manages project variance and root cause analysis, develops risk mitigation / issue management plans with the objective to meet the financial targets
- Ensures quality, timeliness and accuracy of all project activities
- Ensures effective, proactive and open communications, horizontally and vertically, in order to achieve transparency and clarity of project goals, progress and issues
