Advocate end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors and usage patterns. Promote the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices and ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts. 10% travel required.Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and 6 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience. Will accept one year of additional work experience for each year not completed towards a Bachelor’s degree.Work Experience: Experience must involve 4 years in the following: Large Scale Network Engineering WAN/LAN – IPX / TCP/IP, routers, switches; Network Security – Firewalls; Network Load Balancing; Windows Active Directory; UNIX / Linux Systems; Database Systems; Datacenter Hardware Solutions; Software Development (PHP, Perl, Python, OS scripting); and Cloud Networking.
