Role Summary:The Partner Programs & Operations team is a high-performance business function within GE Digital’s Commercial Operations organization. We are chartered with providing best of breed business methodologies and models to drive quality recruitment, operations to scale, program benefits to enable agility and innovation and the highest-level of partner satisfaction and success geared towards driving revenue growth globally.Essential Responsibilities:This involves driving key business and program objectives with the relevant sales governance while providing a mix of consistency and rigor in a highly demanding environment. All this is entirely done in a quickly evolving and rapidly changing business environment. This role is designed for individuals that embrace and pride themselves on being a cross-functional expert that is very detailed oriented. Primary responsibilities:

Manage and evolve optimal processes, reports and metrics to create transparency related to Channel Program performance to influence pro-active decision making in support GTM objectives.

Provide Partner Program support via Salesforce case management, including building and maintaining dashboards, reports and scorecards to ensure we are delivering effective and commercially focused Programs.

Develop and implement Partner Experience closed-loop process in support of GED Alliance Program and sub-programs

Work closely with the other team members within Partner Programs & Ops, Commercial Operations team, and Channel Sales teams to ensure that operational processes translate into an impactful partner experience for new and evolving Programs.

Work collaboratively with sales and IT/Platform owners to develop the requirements and workflows that support CRM management of our partner ecosystem.

Collaborate with operations counterparts at our Partner companies to ensure system requirements align, inbound opportunities are shared and sales data is combined for a comprehensive view of team performance.

Salesforce partner and/or customer record management and optimization. Collect and combine partner CRM data that will support the run and growth of the GE Digital Partner Program.

Project management to support key initiatives associated with partner operations revenue recognition, including drafting and maintaining business requirements to consistently optimize and integrate numerous internal systems of record delivering a source of truth for partner business management and growth (e.g. Tableau / Salesforce.Com)

Serve as a trusted advisor representing partner business operations and sustain alignment across internal stakeholders as required in order align on consistent and robust process.

Qualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree. A minimum 5 years of professional experience.

Eligibility Requirements:

Remote locations within the US will be considered.

Desired Characteristics:

Minimum 5+ years work experience with project or program management in Sales, Support or Partner related operations in the IT industry

Experience and demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce

Excellent verbal and written communication, including solid Excel and Powerpoint skills

Extreme attention to detail
